South Carolina Production Fund Public Meeting at USC PDF Print E-mail

Columbia, SC – A public meeting to discuss the South Carolina Production Fund grant will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 in room 239 of McMaster College at the University of South Carolina (USC).
 
In order to receive the grant — which provides up to $200,000 — short films must be made through the Media Arts Department at USC or the Film, Radio and Television Department at Trident Technical College. Also, South Carolina media professionals must submit scripts and project descriptions to the schools by September 18, 2009. Each school's project can receive up to $100,000. Final projects should be capable of competing in film festivals on a national level.
