ARRI President and CEO to Step Down PDF Print E-mail

Volker BahnemannlgGlenn Kennel will be taking the place of Volker Bahnemann (pictured left) as President and CEO of ARRI Inc. and Camera Service Center (CSC). Bahnemann announced that he will step down from his roles at the company this coming spring. Effective April 1, 2010, Kennel will lead ARRI into the digital future with more than 30 years of experience in technology development and marketing in the motion picture industry.

Bahnemann leaves with a legacy of 48 years with ARRI, 32 of which he served as CEO. His departure also allows Simon Broad to step in as President of ARRI CSC. Broad has overseen day-to-day operations of ARRI/CSC as Chief Operating Officer for the past four years. Kennel and Broad will report directly to their board of directors while remaining in their current locations –– Kennel in Burbank, Calif. and Broad in Secaucus, N.J.
