New Mexico governor Bill Richardson and the New Mexico Amigos a private, non-profit, non-partisan corporation chartered under the laws of the State of New Mexico and is designated the Goodwill Ambassadors for the state recently visited Los Angeles to celebrate New Mexico’s success in film. At the main ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills Governor Richardson gave a sincere thank you to the Hollywood production community for filming in the “Land of Enchantment.”
He also thanked several members of the Amigos, New Mexico government officials, and other that have played an important part in making New Mexico an significant production center. Prior to the event, Governor Richardson met with California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
